Sticktime is a product of Crescent Lab Studio, an independent software studio operated by Crescent Software L.P. This policy explains at a high level how information may be handled when people use Sticktime.

1. Information involved

Account and profile information

Account identifiers and profile details may be used to create and maintain an account, identify contributions and provide account-related functions.

Community contributions

Sticktime may process spots, coordinates, images, external video links, posts, comments, votes, favourites and reports submitted or created through the service. Some contributions are intended to be visible to other users.

Location information

Approximate or device location may be used when a user grants permission, for example to show nearby flying spots or position a map. Submitted spot coordinates may be public. Device permissions can be changed through operating-system settings.

Notifications and technical information

Notification tokens and preferences may be used to deliver requested updates. Basic device, app-version, diagnostic, security and network information may be processed to operate and protect the service.

Support and safety

Messages, contact details and supporting material sent through support or reporting channels may be processed to respond, investigate and moderate.

2. How information may be used

• Provide accounts, maps, spot discovery and community features.
• Display and organize user-submitted content.
• Deliver notifications selected by the user.
• Respond to support requests and reports.
• Moderate content, enforce community rules and protect the service.
• Diagnose failures and improve reliability.

3. Service providers

Firebase: Sticktime is expected to use Firebase for selected app infrastructure, including functions needed for accounts, community content, media, notifications or app diagnostics. This policy will be updated to identify the services used by the public release.

Mapbox: Sticktime is expected to use Mapbox to provide maps and location-related functions. Map requests may involve device, network, map-view and location data depending on the final implementation and permissions.

Opening an external video link may send a request to the linked provider, which handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Public content and location safety

Public posts and spot submissions may be seen, copied or reshared by others. Users should not publish private addresses, sensitive locations, personal information about another person or coordinates that would create a safety, access or conservation risk.

5. Moderation and deletion

Users may report content for review. Crescent Software L.P. may restrict visibility or remove content and may limit accounts where needed to operate the community and apply its guidelines. Account and content deletion will be available through the final product workflow or by contacting support. Some limited records may need to be retained for security, dispute handling or legal obligations.

6. Retention and security

Information will be kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including operating accounts and community features, responding to reports, maintaining security and meeting legal obligations. Specific retention periods will depend on the final service configuration.

7. Age requirements

Sticktime’s minimum age and any parental-consent requirements will be stated before public registrations open.

8. User choices and requests

Users can control location and notification permissions through device settings and can choose what they submit publicly. Requests about access, correction or deletion can be sent to the privacy contact below. The exact rights and response process depend on applicable law.
